You’ll engage customers with rewards programs, support omni-channel processes, and help unload trucks while maintaining attractive product displays.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Comfort handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and accurate cash handling.
• Promote and enroll customers in rewards programs and private label credit cards.
• Assist with omni-channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planograms.
• Maintain stock, recovery, and in-stock store presentation.
• Support shrink, safety, and SOP adherence.
• Be a positive, respectful team member and role model.
