Job summary

Michaels Westminster store is seeking team members to provide friendly customer service, help customers find products, and ensure a smooth checkout experience. You will participate in unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, and maintaining in-stock conditions while following SOPs and promoting the Michaels brand.

Responsibilities include assisting with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS), promoting the Rewards program, and supporting safety and shrink programs.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Michaels requires all team members in this role to be at least sixteen (16) years or older.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain store recovery and merchandise, including returns/go backs and in-stock condition.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Follow SOPs and company policies; promote a positive image and be a role model.
