Job summary

MERS Missouri Goodwill is seeking a Retail Processor for our Lake St Louis store. This hourly, full-time position pays $15.50 per hour with potential monthly bonus and opportunities to grow within a mission-driven organization.

You will handle donations, sort and price items, maintain store cleanliness, assist customers, and work as part of a team to support our mission of Changing Lives Through the Power of Work.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
• Strong organizational and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Handles all donations with care and respect.
• Sorts donated and purchased goods into categories per guidelines.
• Inspects items to determine suitability for sales, recycling or online.
• Identifies and prices items using store pricing software.
• Maintains high quality and quantity standards while working efficiently.
• Stocks and keeps the store area clean and organized.
• Provides positive customer service and assists donors and customers.
