MERS Missouri Goodwill Industries is seeking an energetic Retail Processor to join our St Robert/Missouri team. The role supports our mission, “Changing Lives Through the Power of Work,” and emphasizes diversity, integrity, and respect while providing friendly service to donors and customers.

The position involves processing donations, pricing with AMI software, maintaining store standards, and delivering excellent customer interactions.

Formación

• No degree required; HS diploma/GED preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and management.
• Must be organized and able to interact with a diverse work population.
• Math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsabilidades

• Handle donations with care and respect.
• Sort donated and purchased goods into categories (sales floor, seasonal, online, outlet, trash).
• Inspect items to determine quality and placement for sales, recycling, or online.
• Identify and price items using AMI pricing guidelines.
• Maintain high quality and quantity standards while working quickly.
• Keep store area clean and well-stocked.
