MERS Missouri Goodwill is seeking an energetic, self-motivated Retail Processor for the OFallon MO store. The role supports a mission-driven environment with a focus on helping individuals through work.

The position is hourly, part-time, with bonus potential and benefits described below. Primary duties include processing donations, pricing with AMI software, maintaining store quality, and delivering positive customer service.

Qualifications

• No degree required; High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and management.
• Must be organized and able to interact with a diverse workforce.
• Basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsabilités

• Handles all donations with care and respect.
• Sorts donated goods and purchased goods into categories according to guidelines.
• Inspects items to determine quality and appropriate sales channel.
• Prices items using AMI pricing software.
• Maintains clean, organized store areas and shelves.
