Job summary

MERS Missouri Goodwill is hiring for an energetic Retail Processor at our Alton store. You will handle donations, sort items, price goods, and provide excellent customer service. The role requires strong organization and basic math, with no degree required.

Responsibilities

• Handle donations with care and respect.
• Sort donated and purchased goods into categories (sales floor, seasonal, online, outlet, trash).
• Inspect donated/purchased goods to distinguish quality for sales, recycling, or online sales.
• Identify and price items using AMI pricing software.
• Maintain high quality and quantity standards while moving quickly.
• Stock and maintain cleanliness of the store area; keep aisles debris-free.
