Job summary

MERS Missouri Goodwill Industries is seeking a Retail Processor for our Saint Robert store to join the Marshall team. The role supports our mission and values, providing energetic, professional service while processing donations and merchandising the sales floor.

The position is an hourly full-time role with a base rate of $15.50 per hour and a monthly bonus potential of up to $250. Comprehensive benefits are provided for full-time employees working 30+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• No degree required; High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and management.
• Must be organized and capable of interacting with a diverse work population.
• Math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.

Responsibilities

• Handle all donations with care and respect.
• Sort donated and purchased goods into categories (sales floor, seasonal, online, outlet, trash).
• Inspect goods to distinguish quality and suitability for sales, recycling, or online sales.
• Price items using AMI pricing software guidelines.
• Maintain high quality and quantity standards while working quickly and steadily.
• Stock, straighten, rotate, and keep the store area clean and organized.
