Qualifications

• College degree or applicable experience in finance.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Able to develop comfort with sales to new or existing customers.
• Strong math skills for credit and financial analysis.
• Professional appearance and communication.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to build customer profiles and identify needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and services and recommend solutions.
• Set appointments for periodic financial reviews using CAMP and Marketing tools.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Refer customers to partners for holistic financial solutions.
• Meet production goals and annual revenue growth.
• Provide guidance to CSRs on sales and referral processes.
• Promote customer satisfaction with professionalism.
• Handle customer questions and issues.
• Keep business information confidential.
• Follow Code of Conduct and policies.
• Open/assist in servicing Retail products.
• Participate in consumer loan and bankcard process.
• Assist in opening/closing of Financial Center or Bank Mart.
• Stay up-to-date on Retail procedures to mitigate fraud and risk.
