Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to identify customer needs and financial goals.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and propose solutions.
• Proactively set appointments for financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Collaborate with Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment partners.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals.
• Guide CSRs in sales and referral processes.
• Open/close Financial Center or Bank Mart as directed.
