Job summary

Acosta is seeking a Retail Manager to lead a high-performing team of Retail Coverage Merchandisers and drive exceptional in-store execution across client accounts. You will translate strategy into daily actions, mentor staff, and ensure sales opportunities are captured through effective merchandising and communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Retail Coverage Merchandisers (RCMs).
• Set daily sales strategy directions and spot in-store opportunities.
• Coach performance and ensure quality with audits.
• Collaborate with Retail Directors and internal teams.
• Serve as expert on Acosta’s retail systems and training.
• Create materials and run bi-quarterly evaluations.
• Handle additional duties and travel requirements.
