Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, retail systems knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Travel and a valid driver’s license are required for field work.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development: Train, mentor, and inspire a team of RCMs to meet client expectations in merchandising, shelving, and sales execution.
• Sales Strategy Execution: Provide daily strategic direction to maximize sales opportunities and guide best practices.
• Performance Coaching & Quality Assurance: Conduct audits and deliver actionable feedback to ensure high-quality execution and partner relationships.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Retail Directors and internal stakeholders to align on initiatives and communicate effectively.
• Technology & Systems Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on Acosta's retail systems and train associates using Acosta University and tools.
• Meeting Facilitation & Reporting: Develop selling materials for retail meetings and conduct bi-quarterly evaluations.
• Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities, including meeting physical requirements and travel.
