Copper is seeking a Retail Accounts Manager in Berkeley, CA. This full-time, on-site role four days per week requires you to deepen relationships with retail partners and ensure Copper products are well represented at each location.

You will forecast demand, coordinate with supply chain, and collaborate with marketing for co-op advertising and in-store merchandising, while training sales staff to articulate Copper features and benefits to drive sell-through.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing and expanding key sales partner relationships.
• Strong ability to forecast demand and coordinate with supply chain.
• Experience presenting and selling products at trade shows and retailer visits.
• Excellent communication and leadership to develop account plans with senior leaders.
