Job summary

Harmless Harvest is seeking an Accounts Manager to drive growth across national accounts with a focus on the Oakland region. You will deliver strategic plans, manage key customer relationships, and leverage data to optimize sales opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in CPG sales, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with MS Office and syndicated data tools. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and you’ll join a collaborative, fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in CPG sales across MULO &/or Natural channel.
• 1–2 years in direct customer management.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver impactful customer presentations, business reviews, and strategic promotional plans to shape customer strategy and provide insights for growth.
• Identify, pursue, secure and scale business with new customers to meet AOP objectives.
• Manage and grow existing business with key customers, accelerating top and bottom lines.
• Leverage data to analyze sales opportunities and trends for accounts.
