Job summary

United Pacific is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Copperopolis, CA to support daily store operations and the Store Manager in their absence. You will help customers, build relationships, and maintain a positive, safe environment.

The role requires 2–4 years of retail supervisory experience, legal work status in the US, and strong English communication. The position offers a benefits package and a 90-day performance-based increase.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead in retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old; age eligibility per local rules.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work legally in the United States.
• English communication skills required.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs; stand for long periods.
• Able to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnights, holidays.
• Indoor work with occasional outdoor tasks.
• Climb a ladder to stock/store and signage as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in all store operations and maintain a safe, customer-focused environment.
• Act as the lead in the Store Manager's absence and handle duties accordingly.
