Job summary

Kiva Sales & Service (KSS) in California is seeking a Territory Manager for the Bay Area to execute retail distribution plans and drive product sales across an assigned territory. You will build retailer relationships and coordinate cross-functional programs to bring client initiatives to life on shelves.

Must reside in the Bay Area and have 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in cannabis or related sectors; CRM/HubSpot and data platforms are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in Cannabis, CPG, Food + Beverage and/or Wine + Spirits.
• 1–2 years of experience working with data platforms.
• Organized, accurate, detail-oriented and professional.
• CRM/HubSpot experience is a plus.
• Google Suite experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Drive retail sales & distribution across the Bay Area brand portfolio.
• Build strong retailer relationships and coordinate programs.
• Collaborate and communicate client information to retailers and internal teams.
• Uphold compliance and safety policies.
