Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in New York, USA is seeking a Manager, Retail OS & Applications to lead the adoption and optimization of retail technology across the Americas. The role reports to the Senior Manager and oversees boutique operations, driving better employee experiences and client journeys through technology delivery.

You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Retail Operations, IT, CRM, Training, Finance, and Global HQ, managing planning, deployment, and adoption while balancing

Qualifications

• Five years or more in retail operations or related fields.
• Experience supporting technology implementations and rollouts.
• Strong understanding of retail tech, processes, and analytics.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce or other enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage retail technology projects from planning through adoption.
• Coordinate testing, pilots, deployments, and rollouts.
• Track progress, identify risks, and escalate challenges.
• Gather feedback and pursue continuous improvement.
• Develop knowledge of Maison’s retail applications and processes.
• Serve as main contact for boutique teams on technology initiatives.
• Partner with boutiques to address needs and improve operations.
• Create and maintain project documentation and user guides.
• Build relationships across functions to align local and global tech.
• Support adoption through training and change management.
• Identify barriers to adoption and propose solutions.
• Review workflows to improve efficiency and compliance.
