Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and 4-5 years of working in management in a luxury, hospitality and/or events environment.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Experience with CRM strategy and working with client databases; must be able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee the level of experience offered to clients across touchpoints.
• Build strong partnerships within the region and local communities to support client treatment and gifting needs.
• Monitor client satisfaction locally and report to Regional AVP.
• Provide tools to boutiques to nourish client experience and research vendors/locations for hosting treatments and hospitality.
• Deploy gifting processes and RSVP management for events.
• Coordinate tools usage in boutiques and supervise training.
• Track consumption and orders of client experience tools.
• Support boutiques in daily client experience challenges.
• Deploy seasonal gifting programs and assess ROI.
• Assist with RSVP management for HJ events and support CRM initiatives.
