Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations and Visual Manager to lead store operations and visual execution. You will oversee inventory accuracy, labor planning, and schedule management while upholding brand standards on the sales floor. The role requires collaborating with the General Manager to monitor budgets, metrics, and steady performance.

You will guide a team, drive process improvements, and ensure a customer-ready store at all times in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership in retail or related industry.
• Strong MS Office/Outlook/Excel skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Agile approach with multitasking in a changing environment.
• Motivated to drive business in a fast paced, innovative setting.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with business ownership orientation.
• Independent work ethic and personal accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues and partner with GM to close gaps.
• Champion strong visual standards for the salesfloor using performance data.
• Support sell‑through by ensuring accuracy of counts and coordinating labor hours.
• Maintain a safe work environment and efficient operation.
• Represent the business in meetings with GM; assist budget, reporting and metrics.
• Plan workflows to protect optimal performance and future needs.
• Lead the Operations and Visual team with coaching and development.
• Schedule creation balancing business needs with team capacity.
• Collaborate across functions to support KPI achievement (inventory, floor KPIs).
