Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations and Visual Manager in Lone Tree, CO to drive store operations and visual execution. You’ll lead inventory accuracy, labor planning, and scheduling while upholding brand visuals on the sales floor. The role partners with the General Manager to manage budgets and performance metrics.

You’ll oversee the Operations and Visual team, coach staff, and ensure the store remains customer-ready with ALO’s guiding principles at the forefront of daily practice.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Highly motivated by driving business in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Business owner mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability.
• Aligns with and embodies ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Proof of right to live and work in country from start of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes.
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the GM to escalate gaps.
• Champion strong visual standards for the salesfloor using performance data.
• Support labor planning and scheduling to efficiently receive deliveries.
• Ensure a safe work environment and efficient operation.
• Represent the business in meetings and partner with the General Manager on budget and metrics.
• Lead an Operations and Visual team with coaching and talent development.
