Job summary

ALO is hiring an Operations Associate to drive profitability and store efficiency. You will work with the Operations & Visual Management team to execute inventory, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and floor set updates, while maintaining visual standards and a safe work environment.

You will engage in constant movement around the store, support budgets and vendor relations, and help resolve client needs to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in client-centric sales and operations.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for entire shift.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Aligns with ALO Guiding Principles.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues and escalate gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor set updates.
• Maintain visual standards for the sales floor.
• Collaborate on budgets, expenses, inventory control, and vendor relations.
• Ensure safe, efficient work environment and stockroom standards.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support business needs.
• Execute company directives with Operations & Visual Management teams.
• Assist in processing shipments and ensuring product flow.
• Demonstrate business acumen by using metrics to support strategies.
• Resolve client needs quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs.
• Duties require constant movement around store; stay engaged to keep store efficient.
