Job summary

ALO is hiring an Operations & Visual Manager to lead store operations and visual strategy. You will oversee core processes, improve inventory accuracy, and optimize labor planning to keep the store customer-ready.

You will work with the General Manager on budgets, metrics, and quarterly planning, while guiding the team through coaching, succession, and effective communication to embody ALO's guiding principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of operational and visual processes.
• Investigate inventory issues and partner with GM to improve gaps.
• Champion visual standards on the sales floor using data.
• Coordinate labor hours for deliveries and scheduling.
• Support a safe, efficient work environment.
• Represent the business in meetings and planning sessions.
• Lead talent development and recruitment planning.
