You will lead customer service, inventory accuracy, and pricing/signing processes while ensuring policy compliance and safety.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and maintaining high standards across shrink, Omnichannel, scheduling, and attendance.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years retail leadership experience.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the team to deliver customer service and drive sales.
• Oversee store operations, inventory accuracy, RFID processing, pricing, and signings.
• Manage stockroom processes, safety, receiving/shipping, and logistics with third-party carriers.
• Coach and develop associates, address performance, ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain performance standards including shrink, safety, Omnichannel, scheduling, and attendance.
