Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations and Visual Manager to join our store leadership team. You’ll own inventory, labor planning, and visual execution, ensuring the store is customer-ready at all times.

In this role you’ll partner with the General Manager to manage budgets and metrics, coach the Operations and Visual team, and align store activities with ALO’s guiding principles while maintaining energetic, guest-focused service.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Agile and able to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Motivated to drive business in a fast-paced, innovative setting.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with personal accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes.
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues; collaborate with GM to improve processes.
• Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor using business data.
• Support sell-through management by ensuring inventory counts and coordinating labor for deliveries.
• Foster a safe and efficient work environment.
