Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct the team to resolve customer issues in store.
• Oversee inventory counts and RFID process to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Manage cash office, receiving, shipping and third-party carrier processes.
• Coach and develop associates and ensure policy compliance.
• Meet performance standards including shrink, safety, scheduling, and customer service.
