Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales - Directing the team and resolving customer issues in a professional manner.
• Store Operations - Oversees inventory counts, RFID process, pricing and signing, re-ticketing and re-packaging.
• Stockroom & General Operations - Manages stockroom processes, safety initiatives, receiving, shipping and logistics with third party carriers.
• Team Development - Coaches associates on training and policy compliance.
• Performance Standards - Meets standards for shrink, safety, omnichannel, scheduling efficiency, and attendance.
