Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales: Direct the team, resolve customer issues professionally.
• Store Operations: Manage inventory counts, RFID processes, pricing/signing, and stock updates.
• Stockroom & General Operations: Oversee stockroom, safety, receiving, shipping, and logistics with third-party carriers.
• Team Development: Train and develop associates; address performance issues and coach on policy compliance.
• Performance Standards: Meet shrink, safety, omnichannel, scheduling, attendance, and profit targets.
