Job summary

FedEx Office is seeking an Assistant Manager in Pensacola, FL to lead a store unit and deliver a consistent customer experience. You will supervise team members and oversee daily retail and production processes, including payroll and POS close-outs as needed.

You will assist the Store Manager, coach staff, manage shipping and quality control, and uphold FedEx Office policies while driving store performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education.
• 1+ year of related experience, prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates consultative behaviors to ensure friendly, polite service is delivered to all customers.
• Evaluates the efficiency and productivity of team members in creating positive customer experiences.
• Interviews job applicants and assists Store Manager with hiring of team members.
• Coaches and provides feedback to team members to ensure adherence to policies and standards.
