Job summary

PHOENIX is seeking a Retail Operations Expert to join our team at Barton Creek Express store. The role focuses on ensuring a smooth in-store shopping experience by managing merchandise flow, availability and size accuracy.

Responsibilities include coaching stockroom staff, processing shipping/receiving, replenishment, pricing and customer checkout support, with a strong emphasis on service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant retail experience (minimum 6 months).
• Availability including nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Proficient with technology (iPad, registers).

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training for stockroom associates as needed.
• Process shipping and receiving orders to Express standards.
• Replenish product and maintain stock room organization.
• Coordinate product pricing and markdowns.
• Provide check-out support to customers and ensure accurate transactions.
• Share information on product, promotions and loyalty programs.
• Assist Sales Associates during onboarding and training.
• Support with product launches and changes per SOP.
• Assist customers on the sales floor with locating product or online orders.
• Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model.
