Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is actively seeking a Retail Operations Expert to join our team at T.C. At Boca Raton. You will coach stockroom staff, process orders, replenish stock, and support sales associates to ensure a smooth customer experience.

The role requires 0–2 years of experience and a High School diploma or equivalent, plus comfort with iPad and POS systems. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits for eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• 0-2 years relevant experience (minimum 6 months).
• Must meet availability including nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Proficient with iPad and registers.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training for stockroom associates.
• Process shipping and receiving orders per Express standards.
• Replenish product as needed.
• Process freight and sensor product.
• Maintain a clean, organized stock room for efficient processing.
• Coordinate pricing and markdowns.
• Provide check-out support to customers.
• Process fulfillment transactions accurately to ensure satisfaction.
• Share information on products, promotions and loyalty programs.
• Assist sales associates during onboarding and training.
• Assist with product launches per SOP.
• Assist customers on the sales floor with locating products.
