PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Operations Expert for the Outlets At El Paso location. The role focuses on delivering an excellent in‑store shopping experience by managing stock flow, pricing, and customer interactions.

Responsibilities include coaching stockroom staff, processing shipments, replenishing inventory, and supporting sales associates. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in this high‑volume retail environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and some non‑business hours.
• Proficient with technology (iPad, registers) to support sales and operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training for stockroom associates as needed.
• Process shipping, receiving and merchandising to ensure product availability and sizing.
• Maintain clean, organized stock room and support floor replenishment.
• Coordinate pricing, markdowns and promotions.
• Assist customers on the sales floor and during onboarding.
