Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming and outgoing packages, including curbside orders
• Prepare the stockroom for inventory and perform duties
• Conduct stock checks and maintain an organized stockroom
• Maintain visual merchandising standards on the sales floor
• Ensure displays and products are stocked for customers
• Demonstrate service, selling, and teamwork in line with company standards
• Greet customers, respond to questions, and process payments as needed
• Support store safety standards and training
• Maintain awareness of loss prevention and safety guidelines
• Lead by example to support profitability and operations
• Drive sales through product knowledge and customer engagement
• Communicate promotions and loyalty programs to customers
• Promote the brand with customer engagement and demonstrations
