Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking an Operations Associate to help maintain an efficient stockroom and support the salesfloor. You'll ensure timely order fulfillment, accurate inventory, and well-presented displays while following store policies and safety guidelines.

Reporting to the Assistant Store Leader, you will learn systems for pricing and promotions, engage customers, and work with the team to drive profitability through service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing packages and curbside orders efficiently.
• Maintain stockroom readiness and complete inventory duties.
• Perform stock checks and keep stockroom organized.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards on the sales floor.
• Assist with ensuring products and displays are stocked and available for customers.
• Provide excellent service, follow company standards, and work as a team.
