Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking an Operations Associate to maintain an efficient stockroom and support the salesfloor. You will process orders, manage inventory, and uphold merchandising standards while learning systems used for pricing and promotions.

Reporting to the Assistant Store Leader, you’ll contribute to store safety, loss prevention, and customer service excellence, collaborating with the team to deliver a welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and associates.
• Retail and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with data entry and basic office equipment.
• Ability to work flexibly as business needs evolve.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing packages, including curbside and ship-from-store orders.
• Perform stock checks and keep the stockroom organized.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure products are stocked and displayed.
• Provide friendly customer service and support store safety and loss-prevention efforts.
