Responsibilities

• Manage auction and appraisal transactions with accurate titles, payoffs, and funding documents.
• Handle cash management tasks: accepting payments, deposits, and security procedures.
• Train and mentor new associates and support multiple departments during peak times.
• Perform clerical duties: filing, data entry, and reconciling missing information.
