Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate in Washington, DC to drive profitability and efficiency within the store team. The role partners with the Operations & Visual Management group to initiate and complete tasks and provide feedback for optimal store operations.

Part-Time, non-exempt with up to 30 hours per week and 4+ hour shifts. Must be able to work 7 days a week during peak season and Black Friday through early January.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move around the store.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with stockroom standards and safety.
• Comfort with shift variability and part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management procedures to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Identify and root cause inventory discrepancies with store leadership.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, and floor recovery activities.
• Maintain and champion clear visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, inventory control, and facilities teams.
• Move dynamically on the floor to meet business needs and guest service.
