Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate to drive profitability and efficiency in the Detroit store. You will work with the Operations & Visual Management teams to execute inventory processes, replenishment, and floor set updates while maintaining high visual standards.

The role requires constant movement around the store, lifting up to 50 pounds, and a customer-first mindset. Part-time schedule with 30 hours/week possible during busy seasons, plus strong benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in client-centric, sales & operations environment
• Must be able to move constantly around store
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate inventory issues and escalate gaps
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, and floor recovery
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor
• Coordinate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control and vendors
• Ensure a safe, efficient store operation with strong stockroom standards
• Move dynamically on the floor to support business needs
• Assist in processing shipment and maintain product flow as needed
• Use metrics to support business-driving strategies
• Resolve client needs quickly to ensure customer satisfaction
