Job summary

ALO in Bellevue, WA is seeking an Operations Associate to drive profitability and efficiency within the store team. You will work closely with the Operations & Visual Management group to execute inventory, receiving, replenishment, and visual standards, while supporting a safe, organized work environment.

The role requires steady movement, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule including the Blackout period around Thanksgiving through early January.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in client-centric sales and operations
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Constant movement around store and back of house
• Strong numerical and merchandising sense

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes focusing on inventory accuracy and reducing shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues with store leadership
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards on the sales floor
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, and vendors to maximize operations
• Support a safe work environment and stockroom standards for efficient operation
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business and guest needs
• Execute operations directives with the Ops & Visual Management team
• Assist in processing shipments and ensure product flow and replenishment excellence
• Use metrics to support business-driving strategies
• Resolve client needs quickly and ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs
• Duties require constant movement around the store and back of house; perform other tasks as needed to keep store clean and efficient
