Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate (Part-Time) in Raleigh to support store operations, inventory control, and guest experiences. The role involves moving around the store, assisting with shipments, shelf replenishment, and visual merchandising to uphold high standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in client-focused, sales and operations roles, and can lift up to 50 pounds. This position offers part-time hours with opportunities to contribute to store profitability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of client-centric, sales and operational experience.
• Must be able to move constantly around store areas and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management with focus on accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with store leadership.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor set updates and supply management.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, vendor relations and facilities.
• Promote a safe work environment and maintain stockroom standards.
• Assist in processing shipments and visual merchandising placement.
