Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate to support store profitability and efficiency. This role works with the Operations & Visual Management team to execute inventory processes, replenishment, and floor presentation, while maintaining safety and stockroom standards.

The position is part-time, non-exempt, requiring constant movement and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. ALO emphasizes guest service and teamwork in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a client-centric, sales or operational environment.
• Ability to stand and move constantly in-store.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort with varying part-time schedules including peak periods.
• Demonstrates a strong guest service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and minimize shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues with store management to improve processes.
• Support shipment receiving and replenishment and other operational tasks.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, inventory control, vendors, technology and facilities.
• Support safe work environment and stockroom standards.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs.
• Execute directives with Operations & Visual Management teams.
• Assist in shipment processing and daily replenishment.
• Leverage metrics to drive business decisions.
• Resolve guest needs quickly to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs.
• Duties include moving around store and back of house; keep store clean and efficient.
