Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate to drive profitability and efficiency on the store team. You will work with the Operations & Visual Management group to initiate and complete tasks, provide feedback, and support total store operations.

Responsibilities include inventory accuracy, shipping/receiving, replenishment, floor sets, and visual standards, while delivering exceptional customer experiences and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team
• Aligns with and embodies ALO’s Guiding Principles

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and minimize shrink
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues and partner with store leadership to close gaps
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, and facilities
• Support safe work environment and stockroom processes
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to serve business and guests
• Execute ops directives with the Visual Management team
• Assist in processing shipments and product flow; merchandising and replenishment
• Leverage metrics to drive business decisions
• Resolve client needs quickly ensuring customer satisfaction
• Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs
• Duties require constant movement around store and back of house
