Job summary

ALO in Washington state is seeking an Operations Associate to join our store team. This role drives profitability and efficiency by partnering with the Operations & Visual Management team to execute tasks, improve processes, and support day-to-day store operations.

The role requires movement on the sales floor, inventory management, and collaboration across teams to maintain visuals, ship/receive, replenishment, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric sales and operational environment.
• Ability to move constantly and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-based retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues with store leadership to close gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor updates, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, and vendors to optimize operations.
• Uphold safe stockroom standards and efficient operation.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support business needs.
• Assist in processing shipments and visual merchandising tasks.
• Use metrics to guide business-driving strategies.
• Resolve client needs quickly to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify product concerns and communicate stock needs.
