Job summary

ALO in Ashburn, VA is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate (Part-Time) to support store goals during peak periods by delivering exceptional guest experiences and bringing the ALO Brand Mission to life. Responsibilities include inventory management, visual standards, floor replenishment, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain a high-performing team environment

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and move during a shift.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate and address inventory accuracy issues with store leadership.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, replenishment, and floor updates.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Coordinate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, vendors, and facilities.
• Support safe work environment and efficient operation through stockroom standards.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs.
• Assist in company-level operations directives with the Op & Visual team.
• Assist in processing shipment and ensuring product flow, including merchandising and replenishment.
• Use metrics to inform business-driving strategies.
• Resolve client needs quickly to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs.
• Duties include movement around store to keep it clean, safe, and efficient.
