Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Service Manager in Kissimmee, FL to lead Customer Service and Cashier teams while driving store performance and adherence to company policies.

You'll oversee receiving, inventory accuracy, and SOP execution, act as Manager on Duty, support staffing and training, and collaborate with district and regional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and business results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams to ensure policy compliance and customer flow.
• Oversee the overall store operations and receiving SOPs; manage transfers, debits, damages, and chargebacks.
• Act as Manager on Duty; set leadership example and drive results with staff and customers.
• Support staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning for store operations.
• Communicate effectively with District and Regional Management teams.
