Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Service Manager in Florida to lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, drive policy compliance and ensure smooth customer flow at the registers.

You will oversee receiving processes, inventory accuracy, and daily store operations while supporting staffing, training and succession planning. The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and delivering strong store results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting software.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy compliance and smooth customer flow.
• Oversee operations and receiving SOPs, including transfers, debits, damages, and chargebacks.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and model leadership for staff and customers.
• Support staffing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
• Coordinate with District and Regional Management teams.
