You will lead onboarding, coordinate hiring dashboards, and ensure a warm, efficient shopping environment while maintaining policy compliance and teamwork. This role may require travel to support district stores as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 months related retail experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations to ensure guest experience and brand standards.
• Lead onboarding and interviewing activities for teammates.
• Manage promotions, signage, and visual merchandising standards.
• Handle inventory reviews, shipments, and POS knowledge.
• Maintain organized, neat work area and ensure adherence to policies and loss prevention.
