The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Sales and Management Intern to join our retail team in Murfreesboro.

This internship emphasizes the mission to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests and involves sales, merchandising, and store operations tasks underStore Management guidance. You will work closely with the Store Manager to understand Buckle’s retail business and what it takes to excel in management, with a part-time schedule and hands-on experience in guest service, product

Qualifications

Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program from a four-year college or university; no prior experience or training necessary.

Responsibilities

Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs.
Anticipate and fulfill Guest needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobe experience.
Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to guests and teammates.
Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and security practices.
Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales and net sales goals set by Store Management.
Provide legendary service in the Front 5, sales floor, fitting rooms and register area.
Help Guests try on or fit merchandise and check out purchases.
Prepare merchandise for alterations and understand exchange/return procedures.
