The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager for its new store in Antioch, Tennessee. This role is centered around ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for guests by overseeing daily operations, managing promotions, and leading the onboarding process of new teammates.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in customer service and retail operations, capable of handling diverse responsibilities and contributing positively to team dynamics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related retail experience and/or training.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs.
