Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Operations Manager for our Metairie, LA location. This part-time role will oversee daily store operations, guest service, and various tasks across departments to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and key holiday periods is required. Responsibilities include supervising promotions, inventory, onboarding, and POS proficiency while maintaining a neat, compliant store environment and delivering Buckle’s Code of Ethics in daily

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months retail experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and flexible with schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and guest service to align with Buckle’s mission.
• Lead daily operations such as promotions, inventory, and POS usage.
• Coordinate onboarding, hiring dashboards, and training for new teammates.
• Maintain orderliness of fixtures, inventory, and backroom.
• Ensure adherence to Buckle’s policies, loss prevention, and customer service standards.
