Talbots, a leading omni-channel specialty retailer, is seeking an experienced store leader for our Louisville, KY location. You will drive store operations, mentor teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences that build brand loyalty.

As a hands-on manager, you will oversee floor sets, merchandising standards, and daily cash operations while maintaining a guest-first culture and meeting sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of specialty retail leadership experience, esp. store operations or visual merchandising.
• Strong communication and coaching skills; customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Create and foster a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences and build enduring relationships.
• Provide an exceptional and meaningful customer service experience that promotes the product and builds brand relationships.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in key areas including clientelling/outreach and appointments.
• Lead the team with ownership over operations, floor sets, and visual standards.
• Educate, train, and reinforce brand standards and company policies.
