Responsibilities

• Create and foster a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences and build enduring relationships.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in key areas including clientelling, outreach, and in-store programs.
• Plan, execute and lead floor sets, window displays, recalls and markdowns.
• Educate, train, and reinforce brand standards and company policies.
• Balance operational and selling energy, planning scheduling to meet business needs.
• Stay informed about fashion trends and competitive landscape to maximize sales.
